Terms and Conditions

It is our intention to provide our clients with not only a professional and therapeutic massage, but exceptional service and personalized attention at all times. The following terms and conditions are in place to enable us to provide the highest quality service to each of our clients. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice.  Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at www.RedefinedTherapy.com.


All services are scheduled online or phone by appointment only. Same day appointments may be scheduled based on availability. Please schedule same day appointments within 4 hours of your requested appointment time. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule 48 hours in advance. All appointments must be reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.


It is advised that you as a client are available for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Your massage therapist will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time in order to set up for your massage session, allow time for a consultation, and for you to complete any required forms. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.



Since our company operates on an online scheduling system, it is very important that we respect the time of our therapists. A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You may call or email us in the event that this may happen. Failure to reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance will result in the full amount of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card on file that reserve your appointment. Same day appointments may be accommodated based on availability. A 4 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a same day appointment. Otherwise, the full amount of the session will be charged to the credit card used to book the appointment. The cancellation policy also applies to gift certificates. If you cancel your appointment, you forfeit the value of the service(s) booked.
If you are absent from your appointment location, the therapist will attempt to contact you, and will remain at the appointment location for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a “no show” and the client will be charged the full amount for the appointment. Please be aware that this policy also applies to appointments secured with a gift certificate.



Prior to each session, a treatment plan will be discussed with the client. Upon booking your session, you will receive an electronic copy of our policies and procedures and will be requested to electronically sign the consent form stating that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with Redefined Therapy’s professional on-location policies and procedures. All clients who we have not been seen for at least a year will also be asked to fill out this form. We do extend our services to clients that are 17 years or younger. Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the service and have a parent or guardian sign their consent form.



All dialogue between the massage therapist and the client is strictly confidential. Any health information disclosed, observed, or treated will be kept confidential under HIPAA law.



During the session, the client has the right to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, ask to adjust pressure, request music for their session, or end the massage at any time. Please notify us of your preferences so that we can provide you with a quality experience.
The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.



Requests for any sexual activity will not be tolerated. The treatment will be terminated and the request will be viewed as solicitation and reported to the proper authorities. The client will not be rescheduled and the full session price will be charged with no refunds allowed.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. Permission will be asked before working close to these areas; otherwise, a professional distance will be maintained.



It is the responsibility of the client to inform the therapist of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission prior to massage from their physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., so that the massage may be continued. The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.



Full payment is due online. If you want to prepay for a service for someone, you may purchase a gift certificate through our website. Corporate Chair massage payments will be customized and processed by one of our specialist at the time of booking. Online payments are available via credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express)


Gratuities are not included in the prices of our services and are always appreciated. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion, but are customarily 15-20% of the cost of service.


Give the Gift of Health and Wellness! Gift Certificates are available for purchase online and are redeemable for all services offered. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have an expiration date of one year after purchase date. The cancellation policy applies to gift certificates used to book appointments.
